" A long time ago " Technique : Acrylic
& Mixed Media on textured canvas
Like
several other works, " A long time ago " is part of a series
called " Mother Earth ". Sandy colours and a
door-like imagery might let you think of primitive buildings shaped by
rough tools and baked in the heat of the sun. A
few natural elements put in the center of the composition ( piece of
rusted metal, wood ) make it a three dimensional work. The
resulting composition forms a kind of visual alcove, or altar. |
